PSP LLC “Zdolbunovskoe” (Rivne region) plans to purchase 100 thousand broilers for meat production by the autumn of this year.

This was announced by the director of the farm Pyotr Kravchuk.

“Now we are carrying out preparatory work for the arrangement of four rooms, designed for 110 thousand one-time bird planting,” he said. - We see that in this area of ​​poultry farming, in contrast to the duck business, even if there is a small profit, there is. Therefore, we reorient to chickens. "

According to Pyotr Kravchuk, an incubation egg is purchased abroad, as there are no parent flocks in Ukraine. Broilers plan to take for slaughter to a meat factory.

For information, the farm "Zdolbunovskoe" cultivates 1.5 thousand hectares of land, where it is engaged in the cultivation of wheat, rapeseed, corn and barley. The company also contains a pig farm for 2.5 thousand heads. Poultry farmers grow 15 thousand heads of breeding ducks. The farm has incubator stations for breeding ducklings.

Earlier it was reported that the successful breeding of broilers in Ukraine is also engaged in the Sinelnikovskaya poultry farm (Dnipropetrovsk region). In this farm, the safety of young broilers reaches a mark of 94-98%.
