During the Prodexpo exhibition, which was held this year at the Moscow Expocenter, the best manufacturers of meat products of the Russian Federation were determined. As a result of careful research and selection, the winners were the sausages of the Znamensky breeding and genetic center, which today are being actively implemented not only in the capital, but also in Tula and Orel.

In particular, the jury awarded gold medals to such products as: “According to the Swiss recipe” and “According to the Irish recipe”, “Orlovsky bacon”, “Boneless pork knuckle”, “Kuban” brisket and Bordeaux pork.

It is noteworthy that Znamensky SGC, releasing its products to the market, focuses primarily on the so-called youth audience. According to the press service of the enterprise, the lion's share of the assortment of the Znamensky Combine is designed specifically for young and progressive customers.

We are talking about high-quality cooked sausages, pastes, offal products, sausages, pork in marinade, which is ready for baking, as well as products designed for cooking using the su-view technique. The manufacturer emphasizes that he does not use E-additives in his products.
