Chanterelles (lat. Cantharellus) are several types of mushrooms that are combined into one genus. All of them have one characteristic feature - their hats and legs are not separated, but form a whole. The fruit body is colored in different shades of yellow, orange, red. In addition to the elements described in the table, chanterelles also contain sugars, saturated (myristic, palmitic, stearic), monounsaturated (palmitoleic, oleic), polyunsaturated (lignite, omega-6) fatty acids.Raw chanterelles are a low-calorie product - 100 g contains only 19 kcal. As for nutritional value, the same amount includes: 1.5 g of protein, 1.1 g of fat, 1 g of carbohydrates, 7 g of dietary fiber, 89 g water. When chanterelles are dried, their caloric content increases by more than 10 times and amounts to 261 kcal. In dry mushrooms - 22.3 g of protein, 7.6 g of fat, 24.2 g of carbohydrates.

Powder

Tincture

This product is very simple to prepare: you need to mix 1 teaspoon of mushroom powder with 100-150 ml of warm water and leave for 20-30 minutes. Before use, stir and drink without leaving a residue. Drink 1 tbsp. on an empty stomach half an hour before you start consuming food, and in the evening. The course of use is 1 month.
Infusion can be applied externally. With it, it is really possible to significantly improve the condition of hair. To do this, you need to prepare a mask of these components: 1 tbsp. infusion of mushroom powder, 1 hour burdock oil, 2 drops of lemon juice. With a mixture, it is necessary to lubricate the hair from the roots to the ends, cover your head with polyethylene and a towel. After one hour, wash well with shampoo.
Decoction
The technology for preparing the decoction is as follows:
- Powder in an amount of 10 g is placed in 400 ml of hot water.
- Put in a water bath.
- Soak for a quarter of an hour.
- Let it brew for 1 hour.
Drink 1 dessert spoon with glaucoma 3 times a day before eating. A decoction is good to use to rinse hair. It must be diluted with warm water in a ratio of one to one and applied regularly.
