Cooking method:
- Needles must be washed and chopped, as in the first method.
- Fill a 1/3 liter jar and fill with oil, then cover.
- This mixture must be put on a steam bath for a period of 3 to 4 hours. The temperature of the steam bath should not exceed + 37 ° C.
- After passing this time, it is necessary to cool the mixture and drain the oil into a separate container.

Contraindications and possible harm
- Despite the fact that ether based on pine needles is useful and has healing properties, it can harm the human body:
- Firstly, it can not be used for more than 7 days in a row. Exceptions may be only medications, where the period of use is prescribed by the attending physician.
