Since the formation of the geocadastral map, now its fullness is only 60%. This was announced by the representative of the Agrarian Party, an expert on administrative-territorial reform issues Denis Marchuk on the ZIK TV channel on the rules of life program.
He noted that over the years of independence, no one has proposed a bill on the circulation of agricultural land - neither the Cabinet of Ministers, which annually assumes obligations until March 1 of next year to propose such a bill since 2016, nor the relevant agrarian committee.
“The problem is that we do not have a profile minister of agrarian policy, we have been acting for three years now. We do not have the chairman of the relevant committee. We have been acting for three years. That is, people work, but we have no one to lay the responsibility for political processes in the agricultural sector, ”said Denis Marchuk.
He noted that there should be clear rules in land relations, however, nobody proposed them today. He also added that since the formation of the geocadastral map, now its fullness is only 60%, 40% are white spots on the map.
According to the expert, this land should belong to rural, village councils or united territorial communities.
