Recently it became known that the gourmets of the People’s Republic of China were seriously interested in large purchases of the paws of Russian chickens. Supporters of delicacies and food retailers well-known in China supported it.
Having voiced their interest in Russian suppliers, the Chinese soon received a request for export of chicken paws from several dozen offal producers from the Russian Federation. And soon twenty-three Russian companies received accreditation for deliveries of products to the Chinese market.
Such information was shared by Alexei Murzenok, who heads the Directorate for the Development of Electronic Commerce. He also added that the Chinese voiced certain requirements for chicken paws from Russia.
If the product meets the specified characteristics, then Chinese buyers will purchase Russian paws in colossal volumes.
It is known that today, employees of poultry meat processing enterprises from different parts of the Russian Federation are joining forces to fully satisfy Chinese purchases.
And it is possible that about two hundred forty-foot-long containers, each of which will be loaded with chicken paws, will be sent monthly to the Chinese market. It is important to add that the cargo volume of one such container is more than sixty seven and a half cubic meters.
