An experimental program aimed at the development of strawberry production in a closed environment was presented at the Day of a Foreign Investor.
This event was held in the city of Vladivostok, however, the Russians presented the developments in the field of growing strawberries in greenhouse conditions together with their Japanese colleagues. They emphasized that they had created a pilot project to bring it to life in the greenhouse open spaces of the Primorsky Territory.
According to information shared by employees of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, experts from the agricultural university of the Japanese capital of Tokyo, as well as agricultural specialists from specialized companies of the world-famous holding HITACHI and scientists from the Far Eastern Federal University, actively collaborated with Russian farmers. members of the Euro-Asian company Innovation invested in the project.In the near future, the workers of the Russian agricultural sphere of Primorye began to implement the first stage of the experimental program and begin work in an innovative greenhouse, which was specially created for the project on the basis of the Far Eastern University. The next step is the construction of a nursery for various varieties of strawberries and to increase the territory of the greenhouse complex to two and a half thousand square meters.
