The ideal conditions for growing greenery were created by the farmers of the village of Koltushi. On the territory of the Vsevolzhsky district, they built a whole complex for growing salad crops and greens in greenhouse conditions throughout the year.

The area of ​​greenhouses is about three hectares. They have everything necessary for a salad and spicy plants to grow in an ideal microclimate, to be watered in a timely manner and carefully controlled. Agrarians of the Leningrad Region promise that due to the greenhouse harvest from the village of Koltushi they will be able to increase the supply of greens and salads not only in their region, but also outside the Leningrad region.

“We plan to establish export both to other regions of our country and abroad. In particular, we are talking about the Finnish market, ”say workers in the greenhouse complex.

The complex started in March this year. For nine months of work, the company's employees managed to bring to the market high-quality salads, basil, parsley and dill. As well as some types of cucumbers and tomatoes. On December 26, with the support of the Vyborzhets enterprise, a freshly rebuilt greenhouse complex facility will come into operation.
