Selection and preparation of ingredients

- Remove the head, clean the carcass and rinse it (if this has not been done before).
- Cut pink salmon along the spine into 1 cm slices.
- Put the resulting "mugs" in a bowl in one layer, lightly salt them and sprinkle with seasoning for the fish.
- Drop on each of them with mayonnaise and lay on top of the onion ring.
- Put the second layer of fish and repeat the manipulations with spices, onions and mayonnaise. Set aside for 2 hours.
- At the bottom of the heat-resistant form, lay the foil and place the pickled fish there. Add vegetable oil, half a glass of water and send the container to the oven, heated to + 190 ° C for 10 minutes.
- Cut the tomatoes into circles and put one on each piece of fried pink salmon.
- Grate hard cheese and sprinkle on top of tomatoes.
- Place the container with the dish in the oven and bake over medium heat (+160 ... + 180 ° С) for another 10 minutes.
