In this article you can familiarize yourself with two “pure” recipes (that is, only with mushrooms): classic and with the preparation of sandwiches in the oven.
Important!The best basis for the appetizer in question is considered ready-made sliced or toaster bread. If there is no such option, then it is necessary to cut the bread with a sharp knife so as not to crumble, in the form of plates of the same size.

Nutritional value per 100 g:
- Cut onions in half rings and transfer to a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Onions must be fried until golden brown for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
- Canned mushrooms sliced in plates should be poured into a pan with onion and spices. Fry the mushrooms for about 10 minutes, until all the liquid has boiled away.
- To the fried ingredients, add sour cream and simmer for 5 minutes until the liquid partially evaporates.
- Cut the loaf into slices and cover one side with butter.
- Put bread on a baking sheet, butter side down, and on top - mushroom filling. Sprinkle on top of the sandwiches with cheese grated on a coarse grater. Preheat the oven at 180 ° C and place the baking tray with baking sandwiches there for 20 minutes.
- Put finished sandwiches on a wire rack until completely cooled.

- Hard cheese must be grated on a medium grater.
- Fry the onion lightly in butter until golden brown. Then add the mushrooms with salt and pepper. All the ingredients in the pan should be mixed well during frying for 5 minutes.
- Fried champignons with onions must be put in a bowl and mixed with herbs, garlic and cheese. The resulting mass must be seasoned with mayonnaise and mix well.
- Cut the loaf into plates, on top of which put the mushroom mass.
